By accessing or purchasing from Kelz Kitchen LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Discontinue items at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons

Because our products are homemade, slight variations in appearance, decoration, and color may occur.

For custom cakes and specialty items:

• A minimum 7 days are required
• Seller must confirm date and pickup time is open before placing order
• Cookie orders should be a minimum of 12 

Delivery

• Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed
• Someone must be present to receive the order
• All deliveries will be made within a 20–30-mile radius (please contact us to ensure that you are located within the delivery radius)
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
• A delivery fee may be accessed on all orders

Allergens and Food Safety

Our products may contain or come in contact with:

• wheat
• eggs
• dairy
• nuts
• soy
• other allergens

While we take precautions we cannot guarantee and allergy free environment. Customers with severe allergies assume the risk of cross contact.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelz Kitchen LLC, should not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising for the use of products or website.

Changes in Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
